Before you get consumed by the week, take a minute to BE STILL and breathe. Focus on the breath as it enters through the nostrils, feeling that warm flow of air as it moves up into your head and down the throat and out through the mouth as you gently exhale. Repeat a few times. Take time to sit and breath throughout your day, be present and not allow it to just fly quickly by.
